Delete your CareClips account

CareClips by Inclusive Minds (ART Health Enterprises Pty Ltd)

Only service providers have CareClips accounts. If you just watch clips, there's no account to delete: uninstalling the app removes your saved providers and likes from your phone.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open CareClips and tap the + button at the bottom.
2. Sign in if you're asked to.
3. Scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and tap Delete my account.
4. Enter your password and tap Delete for good.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Or ask us to do it

Email hello@inclusiveminds.com.au from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my CareClips account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in (email address and password)
• Your provider profile and contact details
• All your clips, captions and video files

Nothing is kept afterwards. Anonymous like counts on your clips are deleted along with the clips.
